BUILD & PREPARATION
Timeline confirmed for your configuration before production. Build time is additional to shipping.
SHIPPING / TRANSIT
Estimate confirmed for your destination and shipping method. 17–24 days after shipment applies only when confirmed for your selected service; it is not a guaranteed arrival window.
Total wait = build & preparation + transit. Customs and carrier delays may affect delivery. Ask us to confirm both estimates before ordering.
This explains our order process, not your live order status. For build updates, contact us with your order number. Shipment updates appear when carrier tracking is available.
Returns & cancellations
CUSTOM BUILD • FINAL SALE
Personalized wheels cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for a change of mind once production begins. Confirm your vehicle details and customization before approving production. Cancellation requests received before production begins qualify for a full refund.
Standard wheels are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed items and mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
Need help with a return or an issue?
Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video where possible. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or modifications is excluded; unrelated defects remain covered.
For confirmed defects, shipping damage or our error, we cover necessary authorized return shipping with no restocking fee. Required cancellation and refund rights for shipping delays still apply.

Returns, cancellations & refunds
Effective for orders placed on or after October 9, 2026. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms provided at purchase.
Personalized steering wheels — final sale
Wheels made to your approved specifications are final sale for change-of-mind reasons once production begins. We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges because you change your mind about an approved color, material, stitching, design or configuration after production starts.
Before production, we will request written confirmation of your vehicle details and selected configuration. Please review these carefully. Request cancellation by email before production begins for a full refund. We will confirm whether production has started.
Standard, non-personalized wheels
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for standard wheels, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before shipment; cancellation is subject to the order's fulfillment status and applicable law.
Damaged, defective, incorrect items & fitment
Final-sale restrictions do not exclude remedies for products that arrive damaged, are defective, are incorrect or materially differ from their description. If we confirmed compatibility using accurate vehicle details you supplied and the wheel does not fit, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Please inspect your order on arrival and report issues promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video where possible. Keep packaging if available. Do not install a wheel that appears damaged or incorrect. This request does not shorten any statutory claim period.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund consistent with applicable law. For confirmed product faults, shipping damage or our fulfillment or fitment error, we cover necessary authorized return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.
Installation damage & modifications
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents or customer modifications is not covered. This exclusion applies to the damage caused by those actions and does not exclude unrelated manufacturing defects or mandatory consumer rights.
Contact us before sending an item
Email baskettshamar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will provide approval, the correct return address and shipping instructions for an eligible return. Do not send items to a supplier or to an address on the original parcel without contacting us first. Contact us at the same email for a refund status update.
Refunds & shipping delays
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm the amount and processing timing when the resolution is approved; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. All legally required refund deadlines apply.
If we cannot ship within the promised shipping timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund as required by applicable law. Custom-order restrictions do not remove these rights.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, return, refund, warranty or other consumer rights under applicable law. Where those rights provide greater protection, they take priority over these store terms.
